that was a very change article you wrote about quitting smoking, but i also debate that to quit smoking you have to lack it... smoking is purely an intellectual thing thats in the sagacity of the person... smoking, once addicted, becomes a daily routine and your mind gets used to it> which take cares when your lungs to tell you when you necessitate another cigarette... you ofcourse listen and light it up...
and like this your mind takes control and tells you to take more cigarettes <sort of like taking avail> but if you dont fight your mind youll lose... i believe anyone can quit smoking in one hour if they truly fought against their mind and body... and would keep fighting until your mind records that this fighting member is a daily routine and youll be fighting yourself not to take another cigarette without knowing it...
this is my belief that has worked with my friends that time-tested it...
I disagree with the last comment..sadly a nicotine addiction is not mearly mind over matter I agree a reinforced desire to quit can help but it is also a physical addiction.
you had some strong points in this evidence however I agree with the first comment make because it has worked for some of my friends. Even if it doesnt work you have to WANT to quit smoking in order to achieve your goal
This i sa great article. The author tackles the problem in a very scientific yet artistic way. The advantages of smoking are explained hand in hand with their resulting disadvantage. I hope that each smoker variant this article would think twice before lighting a cigeratte. At least that he would think of his/her loved ones. Who knows it may be too late to stop later!
